Professionally gaining 23 years of experience in the field of mental health, adeptly serving the community in a myriad of ways. Such as facilitating trainings, teaching, and educating on mental health, substance use/misuse and Trauma-Informed Care. She consults with businesses and corporations on strategic learning strategies related to cultural humility and Trauma Informed Care. Serving local churches, nonprofit organizations, local high schools, college events, and the general community on ways to protect your mental wellbeing, mentoring and taking the necessary steps to hone personal growth. Encouraging individuals to refine individual leadership skills, resulting in the best version of an organization and/or oneself.
She has a natural gift to encourage and speak truth by disrupting the complacent and settled mindset and evoking a sense of calm to the disruptive distractions that seek to hinder next level advancement. Not just through her words, also through her actions. Kreasha interacts with others through the lens of inclusivity, equity and belonging. Embracing individuals and opportunities with a Trauma informed Care approach aligning with the principles of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
Kreasha Williams is the founder and sole proprietor of Vision Speaks, where the mission is to inspire, influence, and activate personal growth in others; encouraging individuals to always aspire for greater. Vision Speaks is a faith-based establishment primarily known for serving the community through motivational and inspirational speaking. In addition to speaking opportunities, this up and rising establishment offers mentoring services, specifically for adolescents/young women ages 14-20, coaching/consultation services, facilitation of trainings in the field of Mental Health and delivering sermonic messages for other faith-based establishments when requested, serving as a licensed minister.
