This program offers strategic counseling, encouragement and a leadership plan that empowers growth in personal and professional areas. Mentoring services are offered to women ages 14-20 and is a 6–12-month commitment. Each month features a new focus accompanied with required journaling activities and assignments. This program offers strategic counseling, encouragement and a leadership plan that empowers growth in personal and professional areas. Mentoring services are offered to women ages 14-20 and is a 6–12-month commitment. Each month features a new focus accompanied with required journaling activities and assignments. Assessments/surveys are also available upon request to measure qualitative progress. At the end of each counseling contract there is a certificate presented acknowledging completion of the program, as well as a small celebration for the mentee.
